The Highland County Arts Council (HCAC) believes that the arts are essential to our communities. HCAC supports and encourages artists by holding classes, workshops, and camps. We facilitate regular exhibits and performances with local artists and artisans. The Highland County Arts Council is a nonprofit [501(c)3] organization supported by contributions from members, friends, community foundations, and government organizations. Much of our work is done by enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers.
The Highland County Arts Council is proud to present programs that are supported in part by the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge.
