A culmination of art works created by Highland High School students is now on display in the Mountainview Room of the Highland County Public Library.

Art teacher Renee Vandevander had this to say about the show:

The art students of Highland High School have been working hard over the course of the 2018-2019 school year. This show is a culmination of their creativity, dedication, and diligence.

Each student was asked to choose three of their best pieces, prepare it for display then write an artist statement describing what they chose and why. I’m exceptionally pleased to present their art work to the public.
